The view was absolutely breathtaking! Our room faced an open expanse, looking out towards the mountains with the fall foliage in full color! The grounds were worth exploring. We lucked out on a special rate through Booking.com--it was tremendous value!

Beautiful location, a little off the beaten path so during busy fall season it was perfectly peaceful. Room was cozy and clean. Nice bathroom and amenities.

Didn’t get to stay for breakfast! When I turned in the key, a gentleman offered us a cup to go! Soo thoughtful!. People are so accommodating that we just love the place. I’ve been posting on my business fb page too

Lovely location, friendly staff, beautiful communal areas (very alpine) and a nice place for dinner. Great value and a very good base for seeing fall colours in late September.

Lovely, historic inn with a view of Mt. Washington. We stayed on the upper floor of the carriage house and the room was lovely, with a wood decor. There is a common area with an extensive library and plenty of games. The breakfast was good and the restaurant, although pricey, offered a tasty selection for dinner.

WOW!!! What an incredible stay. We were blown away at how beautiful the property was, and the onsite restaurant was INCREDIBLE!! We wanted to eat there every night - and would highly recommend this if you are staying at this beautiful Inn. The breakfasts were out of this world!!! The room was extremely spacious, with an area to read or play games if we felt inclined. The staff and owner was extremely friendly and went out of our way to ensure we had a great stay. Only an hour away from Portland and 45 Minutes from some amazing hikes in the White Mountains. I would HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend staying at this place, we LOVED it!!!!
